Where else but in California can the impossible happen, from a “themed” park in the middle of an orange grove, to a massive flying aircraft made of wood - and beyond, California has led the way for the impossible.
A proposed project, the Island of Long Beach is truly the impossible, with a 100 acre sea-side entertainment, shipping and dining complex, with the addition of the restoration and reactivation of two of the world’s most famous Ocean Liners.

An Economic Impact
With a cost of more than $6 Billion Dollars, the Island of Long Beach is truly no small project. With the Restoration and Reactivation of two of the World most Glorious Steam Ships to a nearly 100 acre sea-side resort the Island of Long Beach with the American Liner Project and the Queen’s Project will bring with it an economic event not seen in nearly 60 years.
With the resort producing from construction to day-to-day operations more than 150,000 jobs, the City of Long Beach receiving more than $300 Million Dollars in Tax Revenue. Long Beach businesses alike seeing an 10% increase annually in gross revenue, in addition more than 15 Million tourists annually visiting the area, more than double current estimates, in addition to millions of dollars being funded to originations and schools throughout Long Beach.
